What happened to the Calendar tool? It doesn't link to assignments, announcements, etc. like it used to in BlackBoard 8!
BBLearn includes the course Home Page modules "What's New", "Needs Attention", "Alerts", "To Do" and the familiar "Announcements", which are intended to take the place of the old Calendar functionality. You can add or delete modules on the Home Page as needed, and choose the ones that you think will best help you see at a glance any activity that needs your attention in your course. You can also configure these to work for your students. You can get additional control over these modules by choosing the "Edit Notification Settings" for either individual courses or bulk courses. In the Grade Center (found in the Control Panel), there is now a, "Needs Grading" feature to allow you to see only the materials that, well, needs grading.
